Carmine Chamber of Commerce Christmas Fest The "Polar Express" Shop over 25 booths and enjoy the Spirit of Christmas. Kids Ride the Polar Express, See Santa from 11:30-2:00 pm. They will be serving delicious Beef Stew or Homemade Burgers from 11:00 -1:00 p.m. Meal served eat in or to go tickets sold at the door $12.00 per meal.
