Antalya Salad with Fresh Lemon Vinaigrette
Chopped greens with kalamata olives, pickled peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, & sweet red bell peppers; presented with Lemon Vinaigrette
Stuffed Pork Chop
Center cut boneless pork chop stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, & figs
Couscous with Zucchini & Toasted Almonds
Couscous is tossed with diced zucchini & olive oil then finished with toasted almonds
Dessert
Honeyed White Wine Poached Apricots with Yogurt and Pistachios
Fresh apricot halves are poached in honey & white wine & served with yogurt & a sprinkling of pistachios
