FireSmart: Wising Up to Wildfires Field Day Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative, in partnership with the Texas A&M Forest Service, is hosting an open house at its Bastrop headquarters to showcase wild land fuels mitigation and wildfire defensible space. Join us from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 17 for activities and demonstrations from a variety of environmentally focused organizations and learn how to better protect your home or business from wild land fire.
