Summer is so important to healthy minds and bodies. This fiour-day workshop will help youth understand the connection between health and learning. We will focus on how foods affects the body and to practice healthy eating habits and recognizing that eating right and staying active are keys to lifelong health. There will be daily physical activity and interactive educational methods through a portion of the day.
