  • We will take a look at how the response has evolved on both the state and national level, with discussion on the impacts it has on employers and employees
  • There will be discussion about Business Continuity Planning and how this can help a business survive everything from a pandemic to a fire or weather incident
  • A review of current CDC guidance
  • Discussion of OSHA’s involvement in the past and the direction it is headed under the new administration. This will include discussion of the Executive Orders issued by President Biden and the response from OSHA.
  • Employer responsibilities, liabilities and compliance issues related to COVID-19
  • How to create a safe work environment for guests and employees
  • Policies and procedures to manage COVID Positive employees and exposures
There will be a Q&A segment with human resource managers on-hand
