The purpose of WC CPR is to provide resiliency within neighborhoods and communities in the event Of natural disasters or civil disorder that disrupts electrical, food supply, medical, and Other sustenance issues. The neighbors, and discuss sustenance items and skills they can share among their own Neighborhood.
