Event Description:
The Orchestral concert series of the 2019 Round Top Music Festival begins on Saturday, June 8 at 7:30 p.m. with the Texas Festival Orchestra, conducted by Christian Arming, and soloist James Dick on piano performing Sergei Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini for piano and orchestra, op 43 (1934). Following intermission, Maestro Arming will conduct the Texas Festival Orchestra in Symphonie Fantastique, H 48 (1830) by Hector Berlioz.
