Youth Mental Health First Aid.
What is it:
- An evidenced-based public education program that introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of metal illnesses for youth
- Builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention.
- Teaches participants how to offer initial help to a youth experiencing a mental health challenge.
- Provides an action plan that can be utilized in crisis and non-crisis situations.

- People who work with youth
- Caring Individuals

- Youth Group Leaders
Seating is limited and lunch is provided. Registration is required.
