Chamber Wins First Place Award at Statewide Conference

Local Chambers from across the state of Texas convened in Grapevine, Texas June 18-20 for the annual Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives (TCCE) Leadership Conference. The TCCE Annual Excellence Awards banquet was held on June 19th and honored chambers for exceptional efforts in marketing, communications and media outreach. Awards were judged in seven categories: Brochures, Maps, Newsletter/Newspapers, Website, Directories/Community Profiles, Marketing Campaigns, and Social Media Campaigns.
The Washington County Chamber won First Place for Outstanding Brochure for its new Membership Levels brochure. A combined effort between staff, board of directors, membership committee members, 10X Graphic Design and James Pharaon Creative, is what made this brochure the best in the state in its division.
The Texas Chamber of Commerce Executives is the statewide association of chamber professionals in the state of Texas. TCCE operates with the primary goal of serving its membership by providing excellence in professional development, networking, resource and idea exchange opportunities and grassroots advocacy information and coordination. Through its publications and other resources TCCE provides operational guidance and leadership to chambers across the state.
